Laser marking System – Best way to marking on materials

This Needham-Laser technology delivers permanent marks on metals, glass and ceramic parts. For metals, parts can be permanently marked with high contrast, high resolution marks for logos, bar-coding, identification purposes, without damage to the substrate. See this video you can get more information about Laser Metal Marking System :

There are six ways to marking material:
  • Dot Marking
Dot marking used for dots into materials to form human readable alphanumeric identification, logos and 2D Data Matrix codes.
  • Scribe Marking
Scribe Marking generates high quality continuous line marking with very low noise level operations. Heavy duty models are perfectly well suited to Vehicle Identification Marking with deep and reliable indent permanent marks. Other models are preferred to identify flat component surfaces with fine characters of the highest legibility.
  • Laser Marking
Laser marking systems, from cost effective standard workstations to advanced custom solutions. Needham-Laser develops its own scan heads, software, electronic controllers, custom enclosures and automation systems.
  • Electrochemical Marking
              High contrast and quality
Mark the hardest materials Compatible with Data Matrix
              Small to medium production
  • Manual & press marking
A wide range of low cost, hand held stamps used for marking single characters by indenting. The simple solution for multi character marking, for use in hand or machine holders. A range of units for random indexing by hand and hammer or mounted in a Press. Bench mounted or suitable for fitting into automated production lines.
