Different types of Industrial laser

Currently Laser Systems are the best option to cut any type of material. Toughest materials require higher powered lasers but for every application in precise cuts and shaping. With such a wide scope of application Laser Systems are utilized for a number of applications with its ability to melt, burn, blow away or vaporization.

The major application for Laser Systems comes in two categories : Cutting and Marking. Marking Laser Systems are the process of using lasers to burn graphics onto surfaces. It can be used to mark Logos , Part-numbers , bar codes, serial numbers, ID matrices and other two dimensional codes. YAG and fiber laser etching, marking and engraving systems are capable of marking on a large number of substrates, including: Stainless Steel, Steel, aluminum, Carbide, Nickel, Titanium, Cast Iron, Chrome, Painted Metal Alloys, Multi-Coated Metals, Plastics, Backlit Buttons, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, PVC, Rubber among
others.





Cutting Laser Systems are used to make cuts by burning , vaporizing and melting. There are only 2 main kinds of laser device treatment that are used for these projects. These are YAG and CO2 ones. The latter can be used for tedious, reducing and inscribing. This type of laser device is developed using Radio Frequency power. CO2 resources are used in commercial reducing of aluminum, document, stainless-steel, titanium, wax, wood, and so on.

Axial circulation resonators generally circulation a certain combination of helium, co2, and nitrogen within a generator at different velocities. Transfer circulation laser treatment can circulate this kind of combination much more slowly, and piece resonators usually have some gas areas that don’t require pressurization. So, each kind of laser cutting equipment may have its benefits and drawbacks.
